The remote support system we use most is called Mikogo, which supports both PC's and Apple Macs.
Please note that you must contact us on 01562 829875 or via email before commencing with remote support to ensure an engineer is free to offer assistance.
Once given a Session ID, you will need to go to the Remote section of Mikogo's website (by clicking here) and enter the requested details, this will provide a network connection for us to remotely access your machine.
Sometimes Antivirus software can cause Mikogo not to connect, or upon connecting as soon as it senses remote keyboard and mouse activity, it locks us out. In those circumstances we use the following remote access software from Google.
