Who we are after? 

  • An IT Support Engineer with prior On Site/Telephone and Remote Support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own and manage your own workload in a busy and growing team environment
  • Will require own transportation to begin

Main Duties 

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure issues are rectified in line with customer SLA’s
  • Diagnose and resolve faults with Desktops/laptops Servers and Network Issues
  • Where possible resolve customers issues over the phone or remote support
  • Show various levels of IT users how to properly use and operate their Hardware/Software

Experience in the following is beneficial but not essential as training will be given 

  • Microsoft Server Administration from 2003 and beyond, MS Office Suite, Exchange 2003/2010, Active Directory
  • Office 365 setup and support
  • Basic knowledge of Sage and other common SMB desktop applications
