As of 1st June we’re back in the office and operating by the governments Covid Secure guidelines along with some additional measures to help with Track and Trace should it be needed.

If your a keyworker then we’ve taken the ethical decision as per our now old video, to support key-workers as a priority regardless of whether they’re existing customers or not. The best way to request help is via our form on the home page.


You can either bring your items to store for repair – (We advise on calling prior so we’re aware to expect you)
We can arrange safe collection, and if needed return, following similar safety measures as below when we were home working.


The manager is accepting deliveries and collections from his home address, by prior arrangement only.
We’re observing the following practices for both your and our own safety.
> Goods are placed on the door step and then retreat to a safe distance away – in line with social distancing
> items dropped off will be wiped down with Anti Bacterial wipes upon receipt, and again prior to collection
> Video and still images will be captured with a Ring doorbell system to show receipt and collection has occurred to avoid need for paperwork signing and risk of cross contamination
> Payments we would ask to be made electronically where possible again for safety

We have various means to connect to PC’s and Macs remotely so long as you have an internet connection, so this is the best and fastest option for us to offer support. Just log a ticket following the link on our home page.

We will do site visits following the Governments strict Guidelines.

The residents or Employees if a place of Business must answer No to the following two statements!

You or a member of the Household/Business have had any Covid-19 symptoms within the past 14 days?
You or a member of the Household/Business have travelled abroad to any Covid-19 infected country within the past 14 days?

All engineers will exercise the following:-

Good hand hygiene – utilising hand washing if made available upon entry and prior to leaving OR the use of hand sanitiser which we ourselves bring.
The use of PPE such as face coverings when there is a need for us to be within 2 Meters of our customers for the purpose of undertaking our job
We will take care to have minimal contact with surfaces whilst in your premise, and will endeavour to sanitise those areas where possible upon leaving, or if not possible advise you yourselves to do so after we leave.
We will log our interactions/contacts including such PII (personal identifiable information) as Name, Place of contact, Date, and contact number to help aid with track and trace if required in the future.
