Remote Support

The remote support system that we use is called Mikogo, which supports both PC’s and Apple Macs.

Please note that you must contact us on 01562 829875 or via email before commencing with remote support.

Once given a Session ID, you will need to go to the Remote section of Mikogo’s website (by clicking here) and enter the requested details, this will provide a network connection for us to remotely access your machine.
